The annual BBC Valentines Day match was held on a beautiful day on 14th February. What a game, lots of fun and frolics were had in a closely contested tournament. In the end the winning Ladies Team with a score of 20 were Brenda Burgess, Natasha Spurrier and Judith Goodhall. The winning gents team were David Liley, Trevor Potter and Stuart Sayer with an overall score of 21 points just beating Robin Flaxman’s rink on ends. The overall winners were the men with a score of 116, narrowly beating the ladies score of 101. No doubt the ladies will win next year.
